海带
豆腐
虾皮
葱
姜
做法
海带洗净浸泡水20-30分钟。然后海带切片。
锅内放菜油烧热,下葱、姜煸香,放入清汤烧开,放入海带、豆腐、虾皮。炖半个小时。
海带熟烂后放盐调味,既可出锅。

海带含碘丰富,可增强机体免疫力。可炒、炖或者做汤。
