Prosciutto Melon Salad
- 2 cups cantaloupe, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 cup prosciutto, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/2 cup silvered almonds
- 1/2 cup red wine vinaigrette
- 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon leaves, coarsely chopped
Step 1:
Place all ingredients in salad bowl.
Step 2:
Toss sald to coat evenly. Serve cold.
