Ingredients:
- 4 pieces of chicken thighs
- 8 slices of ginger
- 10 cloves of garlic
- 1-2 chili peppers
- 1 handful of Thai basil
- 1 tablespoon rock sugar
- 3 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons rice wine
Instructions:
- Pan-fry the chicken thigh pieces until cooked through, then remove from the pan and set aside. Keep the remaining oil in the pan.
- Add ginger slices and garlic to the pan and sauté until golden and fragrant. Add rock sugar and stir until melted.
- Return the chicken thighs to the pan and stir to coat evenly.
- Add all remaining seasonings and stir-fry until the sauce slightly thickens.
- Add Thai basil and chili peppers, mix well, then immediately turn off the heat. Serve hot.
