Ground Beef Alfredo Pasta
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1/2 mushrooms, chopped
  • 1 jar (15 to 17 oz.) jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 6 oz. angle paste
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp shredded fresh Parmesan cheese

Step 1:

In a large pot, cook the pasta per instructions. Drain.

Step 2:

In a large-nonstick skillet, cook ground beef and mushroom over medium-high heat until beef is thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain if needed.

Step 3:

Add Alfredo sauce, water, and ketchup; mix well. Bring to a boil, stir occasionally. Add pasta and broccoli, cover and cook 5-8 minutes or until broccoli are tender, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with cheese.
