Grilled Corn on the Cob

Grilled Corn on the Cob

This is an easy method for grilling corn on the cob. The corn will be very tasty and tender.

  • 4 ears corn
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened (or olive oil)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Step 1:

Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil grate.

Step 2:

Peel back corn husks (without detaching them) and remove silk from the corns. Brush 1 tablespoon butter and add salt and pepper on each piece of corn. Close husks.

Step 3:

Wrap each ear of corn tightly in aluminum foil. Place on the prepared grill. Close the cover and cook approximately 30 minutes, turning occasionally, until corn is tender. If you want, you can open the foil, peel back the husks, and quickly grill the corns before serving.

Step 4:

Serve the corn right off the grill, or cut it off the cob the next day and toss in your favorite salad to add in smoky flavor.
