香煎鳕鱼
这道香煎鳕鱼香气逼人,肉质滑嫩,鲜美的让人垂涎三尺。

盐
黑胡椒
柠檬汁
姜片 3片

做法
鳕鱼解冻后,切成合适的大小,用纸吸干水分。将鳕鱼表面均匀的抹上盐、黑胡椒、柠檬汁,腌制15分钟左右。
热锅倒油,放入几片姜片,小火,将鳕鱼下锅,一面
煎
3-4分钟左右 (图一)。 不要翻来翻去。 鳕鱼很容易熟。
翻面再煎3-4分钟,两面都
煎
至金黄色后即可。
