Cranberry Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients
- 1 cup rinsed and finely chopped fresh cranberries
- 2/3 cup flour
- 1 14 oz bag of shredded sweetened coconut
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
- (1/2 cup chocolate chips, optional)
Directions
- Step 1 Preheat oven 325. Toss in a large bowl, cranberries and flour, stir to coat.
- Step 2 Add remaining ingredients. Stir until well mixed. Place batter by teaspoonful on baking sheet, lined with parchment paper.
- Step 3 Bake at 325 for about 20 minutes, or until golden.
- Step 4 Remove from sheet to cool.
- Step 5 Store in airtight container.
