Ingredients
  • 1 cup rinsed and finely chopped fresh cranberries
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1 14 oz bag of shredded sweetened coconut
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • (1/2 cup chocolate chips, optional)
Directions
  • Step 1 Preheat oven 325. Toss in a large bowl, cranberries and flour, stir to coat.
  • Step 2 Add remaining ingredients. Stir until well mixed. Place batter by teaspoonful on baking sheet, lined with parchment paper.
  • Step 3 Bake at 325 for about 20 minutes, or until golden.
  • Step 4 Remove from sheet to cool.
  • Step 5 Store in airtight container.
