材料:
芋头 半个
地瓜 两个
白糖 13汤匙
葱花
做法:
芋头地瓜去皮切块
热锅,下油至七成热,下芋头、地瓜,煸炒至微有金黄。
下葱花、白糖,翻炒至糖融并均匀。
加水至接近没过,加盖大火烧开,改中小火煮,汤水少于一半后,开盖烧煮收汁(少翻动)。
