原料:
一磅排骨粒
花生粒一把
八角若干粒
老抽两勺
生抽三勺
老干妈辣椒酱一勺
步骤:
排骨粒 冷水过河。
放入花生粒,八角,老抽,生抽,
老干妈辣椒酱。搅拌均匀。
在高压锅炖15
分钟。
加盐调味。
注意事项:
炖时不要放盐,会使肉老。
