Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Lemon slices (for serving)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the honey mustard mixture evenly over the salmon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve the baked honey mustard salmon with lemon slices on the side.
