Add just enough mayo for your liking.&nbsp; I like mine moist, but not too much extra mayo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add dried cranberries and sliced almonds enough to your liking.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 4:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flavor with a little of salt and pepper &#8211; add enough for your liking, but I usually do not add a lot since the bouillon adds flavor too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 5:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Before you are ready to eat, slice grapes or apples into small pieces and stir it into the chicken salad.&nbsp; I don\u2019t do it too early because it can get soggy and turn color.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link has-luminous-vivid-amber-background-color has-background\">Tips<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dressing:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mayonnaise is the base of this recipe and it\u2019s simply seasoned. You can get creative and substitute some of the mayo for\u00a0ranch dressing, Greek yogurt, or your favorite salad dressing recipe. Create an\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/cookingtimes.net\/index.php\/2021\/10\/17\/avocado-reach-chicken-salad-wrap\/\">Avocado<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.spendwithpennies.com\/avocado-ranch-chicken-salad-wrap\/\"> <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/cookingtimes.net\/index.php\/2021\/10\/17\/avocado-reach-chicken-salad-wrap\/\">Chicken<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.spendwithpennies.com\/avocado-ranch-chicken-salad-wrap\/\"> <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/cookingtimes.net\/index.php\/2021\/10\/17\/avocado-reach-chicken-salad-wrap\/\">Salad<\/a>\u00a0by replacing some of the mayonnaise with mashed avocado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Serve:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This classic chicken salad is great on croissant, bread, or rolls,  with crackers, or over a bead of lettuce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Leftovers:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>REFRIGERATOR:<\/em>&nbsp;<\/strong>In an airtight container, the chicken salad will last about a week in the refrigerator. Give it a stir and refresh the flavor with a little salt and pepper (or an extra dollop of Dijon mustard) and serve!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>FREEZER<\/em>:&nbsp;<\/strong>Chicken salad doesn\u2019t freeze well. To prep ahead, simply dice the chicken and freeze.
