Coat muffin pans with non-stick spray, or use paper liners. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In a medium size bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; <meta charset=\"utf-8\">Stir with a whisk to combine. Set aside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Combine bananas, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and melted butter in a large bowl. Fold in flour mixture and chocolate chips, and mix until smooth. Scoop into muffin pans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 4:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake in preheated oven. Bake mini muffins for 10 to 15 minutes, and large muffins for 25 to 30 minutes or until a wooden toothpick inserted into the centers comes out clean.
