A cozy family treat that&#8217;s naturally gluten-free and easy to make! \ud83c\udf42\ud83e\udd6e<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<p><a>Prep:<\/a> 15 minutes<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><a>Cook:<\/a> 20 minutes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a>Yield:<\/a> 12-13 pancakes<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pumpkin: 380g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Glutinous rice flour: 400g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sugar: 30g<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Red bean paste: 300-325g<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Instructions:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cut the pumpkin into small pieces and steam for 20 minutes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mash the steamed pumpkin into a puree in a medium size bowl. Add glutinous rice flour and sugar and mix well until fully combined. The dough should not stick to your hands.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Divide the dough into 12-13 equal portions, about 60-65g each.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add 25g of red bean paste to each portion and wrap it up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a non-stick pan with a little oil, pan-fry each side over low heat for 2\u20133 minutes. Cook four or five pancakes at a time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Store the pancakes in a container with a lid for freshness.
